Optatus, LLC

Optatus, LLC is an Appraisal Management company providing appraisal services to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and homeowners.

We provide residential and commercial appraisals, Appraisal Order Desk Outsourcing Services, and home inspections. Our goal is to be a national AMC, with a local presence within the borders of each state, providing personal and professional customer service to lenders and appraisers.

Company

History

The owner of Optatus, LLC is a military veteran (USAF), a dedicated and hardworking person who serves clients by inspiring, empowering, and giving them confidence through finding solutions to their real estate needs. Under the tutelage and leadership of a well-determined, trained, and united team of management staff, the business is expertly led by a committed person with over 30 years of leadership and mortgage experience.

Prior to HVCC he worked on the lending side as a loan officer, moving through the ranks at several lenders. (Wells Fargo, First Horizon Home Loans, Countrywide, and Chase).

After HVCC he helped create and run his first AMC taking the company to its peak success before it was sold in 2017.
